活血美颗粒联合中药退红面膜治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血美颗粒联合自制中药退红面膜治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的临床疗效。方法:收集面部单纯性毛细血管扩张症患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组:40例,外用他克莫司软膏,25mg/次,2次/d;治疗组:40例,服用活血美颗粒联合自制中药退红面膜。连续治疗7d为1个疗程。两组连续治疗4个疗程后观察临床症状及不良反应,利用VISIA软件判定疗效。结果:治疗4个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为67.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床症状得到明显改善,副作用小,而且停药后复发率较低。结论:活血美颗粒联合中药退红面膜治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效显著,可临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxuemei granule combined with Chinese Medicine rednessremoving facial mask to treat facial telangiectasia.Methods80patients with facial simple telangiectasia were randomly divided into two groups.Control group:40cases,external use of tacrolimus ointment,25mg/times,2times/d;Treatment group:40cases,take Huoxuemei granule combined with redness-removing facial mask.Continuous treatment for7days as one course.The two groups were observed clinical symptoms and adverse reactions after4consecutive treatment courses and used VISIA software to determine the efficacy.Results After4treatment courses,the total effective rate was92.5%in the treatment group and67.5%in the control group.The clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group were obviously improved(P<0.05);the side effects were small,and the recurrence rate was low after stopping the drug.Conclusion Huoxuemei granule combined with Chinese Medicine redness-removing facial mask is effective in the treatment of facial telangiectasia,and can be applied clinically.
