摘 要:目的:探讨应用品管圈活动降低唇腭裂患儿术后错误喂养率的效果。方法:成立"MR圈"品管圈小组,依据品管圈的十大步骤,通过现状调查、目标设定、原因分析、真因验证、拟定对策及实施,分析影响唇腭裂患儿术后喂养错误的主要原因,制定出有针对性的对策,并不断完善和改进,比较实施品管圈前后患儿术后的错误喂养率。结果:实施品管圈后唇腭裂患儿术后喂养错误率从改善前的51.72%降至为改善后的17.65%。结论:品管圈活动有效降低了唇腭裂患儿术后喂养错误率,对提高手术的成功率、提升科室形象、提高工作效率、提高患者满意度起到了积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of applying quality control circle activities on decreasing the postoperative feeding error rate in children with cleft lip and palate.Methods With the establishment of“MR circle”quality control circle group,the main reasons that interfered the postoperative feeding error for children with cleft lip and palate were analyzed through the status survey,goal setting,reason analysis,true cause validation,measurement preparation and implementation according to the ten steps of quality control circle.Furthermore,targeted strategies were developed simultaneously,in combination with continuous improvement and modification.The postoperative feeding error rates for the children with cleft lip and palate before and after the application of quality control circle were compared.Results After the application of quality control circle,the postoperative feeding error rate for children with cleft lip and palate was decreased to17.65%from51.72%.Conclusion Quality control circle activities effectively decrease the postoperative feeding error rate for the children with cleft lip and palate and play a positive role in increasing the success rate of operation,promoting the image in the department,as well as improving work efficiency and patients’satisfaction.
