痤疮耳部中医外治法的临床研究进展

摘　　要：痤疮是面部碍容性皮肤病之一,好发于青春期男女。其治疗方法有西药、中药、针灸、刺络拔罐及耳针等,均可获得肯定疗效。耳部外治法在痤疮治疗中发挥着重要作用,耳针疗法多结合刺络拔罐、火针等进行治疗;耳尖放血疗法具有清热泻火之功,耳背放血可以调理肝之气机,因此耳尖、耳背放血治疗痤疮疗效显著;综合疗法是指耳尖放血,耳背放血,耳穴贴压等结合针刺、刺络拔罐、中药内服多种方法,联合应用能够提高整体治疗效果。本文就中医外治法在痤疮治疗中的研究进展综述如下。Acne is one of the main diseases affecting facial beauty in skin diseases,which often occurs in adolescent men and women.The treatment methods include western medicine,Traditional Chinese Medicine,acupuncture,pricking and cupping,ear acupuncture,etc.All of which have obtained positive effects.Ear external treatment plays an important role in the treatment of acne.Auricular acupuncture therapy is mostly combined with puncture and cupping,fire needles,etc.Ear-apex bloodletting therapy has the power of heat and catharsis,and Pinn bloodletting can regulate the liver's airframe.Therefore,Earapex bloodletting and Pinn bloodletting are effective in the treatment of acne.The combined application of comprehensive therapy can improve the overall treatment effect,mainly including Ear-apex bloodletting,Pinn bloodletting,ear point pressure,etc.Combined with acupuncture,puncture and cupping,and Chinese Traditional Medicine.This article summarizes the above clinical studies on acne treatment as follows.
