奥平栓辅助治疗慢性宫颈炎并高危型HPV感染的可行性

摘　　要：目的探讨分析重组人干扰素α2a栓(商品名:奥平栓)辅助治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的可行性。方法 50例明确慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染诊断的患者,采用随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者予以常规微波治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上加用奥平栓药物治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、HPV阳性率和不良反应情况。结果实验组患者HPV阳性率为0,显著低于对照组的16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治愈率为96%,显著高于对照组的76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间和治疗后1个月内均未出现明显不良反应。结论奥平栓辅助治疗慢性宫颈炎并高危型HPV感染疗效好,且未见明显不良反应,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To discuss and analyze the feasibility of recombinant human interferonα2аsuppository(trade name:Opin suppository)for adjuvant treatment of chronic cervicitis and high risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic cervicitis and high risk HPV infection were divided by random number table into experimental group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional microwave therapy,and the experimental group received Opine suppository on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on treatment effect,HPV positive rate and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The experimental group had obviously lower HPV positive rate as 0 than 16%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had obviously higher cure rate as 96%than 76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment and 1 months after treatment.Conclusion Opin suppository is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
