摘　　要：目的了解肝硬化患者的焦虑抑郁现状及人文关怀对患者的重要性,并针对原因提出相应的人文关怀措施。方法采用SAS与SDS量表对研究对象的焦虑和抑郁状况进行评估,并给予患者护理人文关怀干预,分析人文关怀对于肝硬化患者焦虑抑郁的作用。结果超过80%的研究对象具有不幸预感、多汗、睡眠障碍、静坐不能等症状,超过75%的研究对象具有做事有困难、不容易做决定、性功能不正常、吃饭不好等症状;人文关怀护理实施后,患者满意度为95. 59%,较之前的87. 50%明显提升(P <0. 05)。结论肝硬化患者焦虑和抑郁症状明显,针对患者身心问题予以人文关怀措施,可以减少患者的心理问题,提高患者满意度。Objective:To understand the status of anxiety and depression in patients with liver cirrhosis and the importance of humanistic care for patients,and to put forward corresponding humanistic care measures according to the reasons.Methods:The SAS and SDS scales were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression status of the subjects,the patients were given the intervention of humanistic care,and the effect of humanistic care on the anxiety and depression of patients with liver cirrhosis was analyzed.Results:More than 80% of the subjects had the symptoms of unfortunate premonition,hyperhidrosis,sleep disorder and akathisia.More than 75%of the subjects had the symptoms of difficulties in work,uneasy decision,abnormal sexual function and eating poorly.After the implementation of humanistic care,the patient satisfaction was 95.59%,significantly higher than the previous 87.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The symptoms of anxiety and depression in the patients with liver cirrhosis are obvious.Humanistic care measures for patients'physical and mental problems can reduce patients'psychological problems and improve patient satisfaction.
