摘　　要：整合医学是医学学科发展的必经之路,而整合医学人文则是要在整合医学的基础上,以医学人道主义的人文理念为指导促进医学的发展。在甲状腺外科领域,疾病涉及其他专科的情况并不少见,外科医生在诊治的过程中不仅需要运用整体观、整合观和医学观的原理解决临床实践中遇到的问题,也需要从自然科学、社会学、人文学等多方获取发现和解决问题的能力。Integrated medicine is the only way for the development of medical subjects,and the integrated medical humanities is based on integrated medicine to promote the development of medicine under the guidance of humanistic concept of medical humanism.In the field of thyroid surgery,it is not uncommon for diseases to involve other specialties.The surgeon in the diagnosis and treatment process should not only use the principles of holistic view,integration view and medical view to solve the problems encountered in clinical practice,but also need to gain the ability to find and solve problems from natural science,social science,humanities and other aspects.
