摘  要:输电线路选线是特高压输电工程勘测设计的重要工作,大多数输电线路选线平台选用的导向线模型将线路平纵面交点位置及半径通过曲线拟合而成,并不是通过优化计算获得,无法在给定的三维空间内选取出满足建设成本、线路实时展示的导向线方案。针对此问题,结合GIS技术特点和用户选线设计需求,基于ESRI软件,设计并实现了组件式的特高压输电线路三维选线平台,该平台以遥感影像、高程等空间信息为支撑,借助ArcGIS组件式开发平台进行输电线路选线,实现在三维空间场景下对输电线路信息查询、规划选线和管理以及线路专题图制作。经过实际工程案例表明,ArcGIS组件式开发平台具有良好的拓展性,提高了选线的效率,可为输电线路规划选线提供有力的帮助。The selection of transmission line was an important part in the detection and design stage of UHV transmission project,and most of line selection design platform adopted guide line model which fitted the position and radius of the intersection of the plane and the longitudinal plane through the curve without optimization calculation which is impossible to select a guide line scheme that meets the construction cost and real-time display of the line in a given three-dimensional space.Aiming at this problem,combined with the characteristics of GIS technology and user selection design requirements,based on ESRI software,a three-dimensional line selection platform for UHV transmission lines was designed and implemented which supported by spatial information such as remote sensing image and elevation technology and the component-based development ArcGIS platform realizing the inquiry,planning,line selection and management of the transmission line and the production of the thematic map in three-dimensional space scene.After actual engineering cases,it showed that the ArcGIS component development platform had a good expansion,and could improve the efficiency of line selection,provide powerful help for transmission line planning and selection.
