摘 要:研制一台盐雾净化智能防腐设备。针对电器设备在服役过程中遭受海洋大气环境高温高湿高盐分综合作用下发生严重腐蚀的情况,分析海洋大气环境对电器设备的影响,确定设备的工作原理和功能特点,对设备各个功能控制模块进行合理设计,研制一台盐雾净化智能防腐设备。该设备可实现对空气温湿度和腐蚀速率等试验参数的精确控制,能通过实时监测试验参对设备进行智能化控制。新研制的设备适用于为处于海洋环境中的电器设备提供一种防腐措施。An intelligent anti-corrosion equipment for salt fog purification was introduced in this paper.In view of serious corrosion condition of electrical equipment under the comprehensive effect of high temperature,high humidity and high salinity in marine atmosphere during its service time,the influence of marine atmosphere environment on electrical equipment were analyzed to determine the working principles and function characteristics of the new equipment,and the various function control modules were rationally designed to develop an intelligent anti-corrosion equipment for salt fog purification.The new equipment could accomplish precise control of test parameters such as air temperature,humidity and corrosion rate and control the equipment intelligently through real-time monitoring test which provided an anticorrosive measure for electrical equipment in marine environment.
