摘  要:目的用正交试验法对薄荷中迷迭香酸的含量进行检验,优化薄荷的提取工艺。方法以浸膏得率及薄荷中迷迭香酸含量为考察指标,考察料液比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(D)3个影响因素,采用L9(34)正交试验筛选最佳水提工艺,考察浸膏得率,并运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定迷迭香酸含量并定性定量分析。结果最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶18,浸提3次,每次1h。结论优选的提取工艺方法简单、稳定可行。Objective To establish the extraction technology of Rosmarinic acid from Mentha haplocalyx.Briq.Methods The orthogonal test with L9(34)was used to investigate the influence of three extracting factors(solid-liquid ratio,extracting time,times of extracting)on the extracting process,the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment with dry extract rate and the determine Rosmarinic acid content was used by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The influences of factors were at different degrees with an order of the solid-liquid ratio,extracting time,times of extracting.The optimal extraction technology was as follow:the solid-liquid ratio was1∶18,the extracting frequency was2times,and the extracting time was1h.Conclusion The process is simpleand reasonable with high rates of extraction of Rosmarinic acid.
