蛇毒清汤剂治疗蝰蛇咬伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蛇毒清汤剂对圆斑蝰蛇咬伤的临床治疗效果。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规对症及支持治疗,治疗组给予加服蛇毒清汤剂,观察比较两组患者的预后情况、局部组织坏死发生率、肢体功能受限发生率、肾损害发生率和血液透析率,住院时间等指标。结果经治疗5天后,两组患者的肢体肿胀和疼痛缓解时间、局部坏死发生率、致残率、肾损害发生率和血液透析率、住院时间比较,差异均有显著性(均P<0.05);两组患者的临床疗效比较,亦有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用蛇毒清汤剂治疗圆斑蝰蛇咬伤患者的疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinic efficacy of treating.Vipera russelli siamensis bite by Snake-venoms QingTang.Methods60patients were randomly divided into two groups,all of them accepted routine symptomatic and supportive treatment.The treatment group was treated with Snake venoms QingTang in addition.The therapeutic efficacy,incidence of local tissue necrosis and limb function limitation,the incidence of renal damage,dialyais rate and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy between two groups had significant difference,the treatment group was batter than another.Conclusion Snake-venoms QingTang had marked efficacy in treating Vipera russelli siamensis bite.
