大黄牡丹汤对小儿阑尾周围脓肿炎症因子及免疫功能的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察大黄牡丹汤治疗小儿阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的91例阑尾周围脓肿患儿采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组45例给予常规西医治疗,观察组46例在常规西医治疗上联合大黄牡丹汤治疗,观察比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果、炎症因子水平及免疫功能变化情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.65%高于对照组的80.00%,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、CD8+水平均低于对照组,CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大黄牡丹汤能够有效改善阑尾周围脓肿的炎症因子水平及免疫功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of rhubarb peony soup in children with appendix around the appendix.Methods A total of91children with Periappendiceal Abscess were enrolled in our hospital by random number table method.45patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.46patients in the observation group were treated with Dahuang Peony Decoction.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and changes in immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was95.65%higher than that of the control group(80.00%).The levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand CD8+were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhubarb peony soup can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with abscess around the appendix and improve the therapeutic effect.
