生脉注射液联合丹参注射液治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生脉注射液联合丹参注射液治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效与安全性。方法将我院住院治疗的82例心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者按随机原则分为观察组和对照组各41例,两组均给予祛痰、限盐限水、吸氧、控制诱发因素等一般治疗,同时给予强心利尿、扩血管等西药治疗,对照组在此基础上加用丹参注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上加用生脉注射液联合丹参注射液治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果两组患者的中医证候疗效均较治疗前改善,且观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的心功能分级均明显改善,且观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中均无不良反应及毒副作用。结论生脉注射液联合丹参注射液治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭能有效改善患者心脏功能及中医症候,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengmai injection combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure due to heart kidney yang deficiency.Methods A retrospective analysis of82patients with chronic heart failure of heart and kidney yang deficiency in our hospital was randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with41cases in each group.The two groups were treated with general treatment,such as eliminating phlegm,limiting salt water limit,inhaling oxygen,controlling inducing factors and other Western medicine treatment.The control group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on this basis.The observation group was treated with Shengmai injection combined with Danshen Injection on the basis of Western medicine.The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The effect of the two groups was more effective than before the treatment,but the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.68%vs78.05%,P<0.05);the two groups were effective in the classification of cardiac function,but the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.24%vs73.17%,P<0.05),and the two groups were all No adverse reactions and toxic side effects were found.Conclusion Shengmai injection combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of heart and kidney yang deficiency chronic heart failure can effectively improve the heart function and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,and it is highly safe and worthy of clinical application.
