摘 要:伊敏露天矿采用单斗-自移式破碎机半连续系统及单斗-卡车-端帮半固定破碎站2种供煤方式,半连续系统较单斗卡车系统成本优势明显,而决定半连续系统年煤炭产量关键因素是作业时间和小时效率,为增加系统作业时间,会安排单斗卡车倒货供煤给半连续系统以增加系统单次移设周期内的可采量,减少移设次数。结合伊敏露天矿实际工况,对单斗卡车给半连续系统倒货供煤的经济性进行分析,确定合理倒货运距,对现场生产组织具有指导意义。Yimin Open-pit Mine adopts two methods of coal supply:single-bucket-self-displacement crusher semi-continuous system and single-bucket-truck end slope semi-fixed crusher station.The semi-continuous system has obvious cost advantages over single-bucket truck system.The key factor in determining the annual coal production of semi-continuous systems is the operating time and hourly efficiency.In order to increase the operating time of the system,the single-bucket truck will be arranged to deliver coal to the semi-continuous system to increase the recoverable amount within the single displacement cycle of the system and reduce the number of shifts.Based on the actual working conditions of Yimin Open-pit Mine,the article analyzes the economy of coal supply by single bucket truck to semi-continuous system,and determines the reasonable distance of cargo delivery,which is of guiding significance to the production organization on the spot.
