摘　　要：通过分析元宝山露天煤矿生产特点,结合露天矿实际情况和积累的安全管理经验,针对每种生产特点制定了可行有效的安全管理方法和措施,取得了良好的效果,为其他露天矿在安全生产管理方面提供借鉴和参考。Through analyzing the feature of safe production in Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Mine,combining the production practice and accumulated experience in safety management,the article formulates the feasible and effective safety management methods and measures for each production characteristic,and achieves good results,which provide reference for safe production management in other open-pit mines.
