益气活血利水方治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究益气活血利水方治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择我院2015年6月至2018年6月期间收治的冠心病心衰患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,即常规药物组与益气活血利水方组,每组39例,常规药物组口服地高辛片、氯化钾缓释片、氢氯噻嗪等治疗,益气活血利水方组用益气活血利水方药治疗。评估两组疗效及生活质量。结果:治疗14 d后,益气活血利水方组有效率为97.4%(38/39例),常规药物组为69.2%(27/39例),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组生活质量评分均升高,且益气活血利水方组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血利水方治疗冠心病心力衰竭可以改善患者心功能,且可促进生活质量的提升。Objective:To explore the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction(益气活血利水方)in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure and its influence on patients'quality of life.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease,from Qingyuan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine during June2015to June2018,were divided into routine drug group and Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction group according to the random number table method,39cases in each group.The patients were treated with digoxin tablets,potassium chloride sustained-release tablets and hydrochlorothiazide in routine drug group,Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction in Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction group.The efficacy and quality of life were evaluated.Results:The effective rate was97.4%(38/39cases)in Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction group at14d after the treatment,69.2%(27/39cases)in routine drug group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with pretreatment,the scores of quality of life in both groups were increased,more higher in Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction can improve the heart function and quality of life in the patients with coronary heart disease.
