摘  要:目的探究孕期营养体重管理对预防巨大儿及足月低体重儿价值。方法选取在院内建卡产检及分娩的孕妇600例作为观察对象,依据孕期干预的不同进行分组,常规健康宣教200例为对照组,常规宣教及孕期营养体重管理200例作为实验组,实验组基础上给予胎儿及孕妇营养体重宣教200例为宣教实验组,观察各组妊娠结局。结果对照组妊娠期高血压与糖尿病发病率为8.00%、11.00%;实验组妊娠期高血压与糖尿病发病率为4.00%、5.00%;宣教实验组妊娠期高血压与糖尿病发病率为0.50%、1.00%。对照组孕妇孕期体重增长正常率63.00%,实验组孕妇孕期体重增长正常率83.00%,宣教实验组孕妇孕期体重增长正常率95.00%。对照组巨大儿与低出生体重儿发生率为17.00%、10.00%;实验组巨大儿与低出生体重儿发生率为8.00%、5.00%;宣教实验组巨大儿与低出生体重儿发生率为1.00%、1.00%。结论孕期营养体重、血糖等属于巨大儿与足月低体重儿主要影响因素,而孕期营养体重经健康宣教及营养体重管理方案实施对预防巨大儿与足月低体重儿的发生具有重要意义。Objective To explore the value of nutritional weight management during pregnancy to prevent macrosomia and full-term low weight children.Methods 600 pregnant women who had received in-hospital medical examination and delivery were divided into two groups according to different interventions during pregnancy,200 cases of routine health education as control group,200 cases of routine health education and nutritional weight management during pregnancy as experimental group,and 200 cases of fetal and pregnant women were given nutritional weight education on the basis of experimental group.The pregnancy outcome was observed in the experimental group.Results The incidence of gestational hypertension and diabetes mellitus was 8.00%and 11.00%in the control group,4.00%and 5.00%in the experimental group,and 0.50%and 1.00%in the propaganda and education group.The normal weight gain rate of the control group was 63.00%,the experimental group was 83.00%,and the propaganda experimental group was 95.00%.The incidence of macrosomia and low birth weight was 17.00%and 10.00%in the control group,8.00%and 5.00%in the experimental group,and 1.00%and 1.00%in the propaganda experimental group.Conclusion Nutritional weight and blood glucose during pregnancy are the main influencing factors of macrosomia and term low birth weight infants,and the implementation of nutritional weight during pregnancy through health education and nutritional weight management program is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of macrosomia and term low birth weight infants.
