摘 要:工程教育与产业的发展紧密相连,密不可分。随着全球产业革命变革加速进行,工程教育也正在发生革命性变化,工程人才的培养成为工程教育改革的焦点问题。从企业需求和工程与工程教育的内涵出发,借鉴成果导向(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)的反向设计方法,以培养工程技术创新人才为高等工程教育培养目标,进而构建创新课程体系,设置创新课程内容,实施"项目"驱动,培养学生创新意识、创新思维和创新创业能力,满足学生未来参加工程实践的需要。Engineering education is closely connected with the development of industry.Nowadays,the global industrial revolution is accelerating and engineering education is also revolutionizing.Thus,the training of engineering talents has become the focus of education reform.In the paper,starting from the enterprise needs and connotation of engineering and engineering education,based on the reverse design method of outcome-based education and taking the cultivation of engineering innovation talents as the training target of higher engineering education,in order to meet students’needs to participate in engineering practice in the future,an innovative curriculum system is built,the corresponding innovative course contents are set up,and the projects are taken as a means of operation to cultivate students’innovative consciousness,innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability.
