摘 要:以兰州地区9种野生观赏草本植物为试验材料,比较干旱胁迫不同天数[0(CK)、7、9、11d]对其生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,小花草玉梅(Anemone rivularis)、藤本铁线莲(Clematis florida)和东方草莓(Fragaria orientalis)叶片含水量随着干旱天数的增加而减小,藤本铁线莲干重在干旱11d时达到最大,并且与其他干旱胁迫天数间差异显著(P<0.05);香青(Anaphalis sinica)、鹅绒委陵菜(Potentilla anserina)和小花草玉梅叶绿素含量以CK最高,藤本铁线莲、角茴香(Hypecoum erectum)和水杨梅(Geum aleppicum)叶绿素含量在干旱11d时最高,且与其他干旱胁迫天数间差异显著(P<0.05);鹅绒委陵菜、小花草玉梅、藤本铁线莲和东方草莓脯氨酸含量随着干旱天数的增加而增加,莓叶委陵菜(Potentilla fragarioides)和野棉花(Anemone vitifolia)脯氨酸含量在干旱5d时达到最大。综上所述,野棉花和角茴香抗旱能力较强;水杨梅、香青、鹅绒委陵菜、莓叶委陵菜、藤本铁线莲和东方草莓可以忍耐适当的干旱环境;小花草玉梅不适合在干旱环境生长。We examined the effects of varying length of droughtperiod[control(Water as usual),7d,9d,and11d]on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of nine species of wild ornamental plants around Lanzhou City.The results showed that the water content of Anemone rivularis,Clematis florida,and Fragaria orientalis decreased with an increase in the duration of drought.The dry weight of C.florida reached the peak at11d and the difference was significant,when compared with the other treatments(P<0.05).For Anaphalis sinica,Potentilla anserine,and A.rivularis,the chlorophyll content was higher in the control treatment than in the other treatments,whereas the chlorophyll content of C.florida,Hypecoum erectum,and Geum aleppicum reached the peak at11d and were significantly different from those in the other treatments(P<0.05).For P.anserine,A.rivularis,C.florida,and F.orientalis,the proline content increased with an increase in the duration of drought,whereas the proline content of P.chinensis and A.vitifolia reached the peak at5d.In summary,A.vitifolia,H.erectum,and G.aleppicum have strong resistance to drought stress,whereas A.sinica,P.anserine,P.chinensis,C.florida,and F.orientalis can endure moderate drought stress A.rivularis appears to be unsuitable for growth in environments subject to prolonged drought stress.
