摘 要:为了探讨乳酸菌制剂及延迟装填对不同品种饲用高粱(Sorghum bicolor)青贮品质的影响,本研究利用自制青贮发酵桶(20L)探讨了添加剂(Sila-Max)和2种装填时间(1次装填和3次装填)对4个高粱品种青贮(共16个处理组)的营养成分、发酵参数、干物质损失率及48h体外干物质消化率的影响。结果表明,利用自制青贮发酵桶密封发酵60d后,各试验组饲用高粱青贮质量良好,发酵产物中干物质含量显著降低(P<0.05),粗蛋白含量均有升高;添加SilaMax可以显著降低(P<0.05)饲用高粱青贮的干物质损失率,有增加发酵产物乳酸和乙酸产量的趋势,其中雅津YF1的1次装填和3次装填干物质损失率降低最多,分别达35.2%和16.1%;3次装填使饲用高粱青贮的干物质损失率显著升高(P<0.05),但未对其营养成分、发酵参数以及48h体外干物质消化率产生显著影响(P>0.05)。可见,减少干物质损失率是应用青贮乳酸菌制剂和缩短装填时间的主要作用,添加乳酸菌制剂同时具有改善饲用高粱发酵品质的作用,不同品种饲用高粱的试验结果一致。To investigate the effects of a lactic acid bacteria inoculant and loading time on silage quality of different varieties of forage sorghum(Sorghum bicolor).One inoculant(Sila-Max),two loading schedules(1time and3times once a day),and four sorghum varieties were applied to conduct a test on self-made20L mini-silos.Nutrient content,fermentation parameters,a dry matter loss rate,and dry matter digestibility in vitro at48hours were determined after60days of fermentation.The results showed that all treatments produced good-quality silage in mini-silos;Sila-Max reduced the dry matter loss rate of forage sorghum silage significantly(P<0.05),especially for the YaJin variety group,where this rate decreased by35.2%and16.1%for the groups of1-time and3-time loading,respectively.Sila-Max also was likely to improve the fermentation quality by increasing the concentrations of lactic acid and acetic acid.The3-day delay of loading increased the dry matter loss rate of forage sorghum silage significantly(P<0.05)but had no significant(P>0.05)impact on nutrient content,fermentation quality,and the dry matter digestibility in vitro at48hours.Therefore,the lactic acid bacteria inoculant and shortened loading time have the main effect of reducing the dry matter loss rate in forage sorghum silage;the lactic acid bacteria inoculant can also improve fermentation quality.The results were the same for different varieties of forage sorghum.
