摘 要:通过盆栽控水试验,采用Li-6400光合仪测定净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度,采用称重法测定耗水量,对比研究了不同土壤水分梯度下油茶苗期的光合和耗水特性。结果表明:干旱胁迫对油茶苗期叶片净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(C_i)、水分利用效率(WUE)、耗水量(W_c)及耗水速率(W_(cr))均造成了显著影响,干旱胁迫处理油茶苗叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度及蒸腾速率均显著低于正常供水处理,但水分利用效率均显著高于正常供水处理;干旱胁迫处理苗期的耗水量及耗水速率(单位叶面积耗水量)均显著低于正常供水处理,且各处理耗水速率两两间差异显著。无论正常和干旱处理,P_n和G_s,W_c和W_(cr)均呈极显著正相关关系,且P_n、G_s、W_c及W_(cr)均与T_r呈极显著或显著正相关关系。The effects of different soil water gradient on photosynthetic characteristics and water consumption characteristics of Camellia oleifera Abel.seedlings were studied through pot and soil water controlling experiment.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO2concentration(Ci)and water use efficiency(WUE)were measured by the Li-6400portable photosynthesis system,and the water consumption amount(Wc)and water consumption rate(Wcr)were measured by weighing method.The results showed that drought stress had significant effect on Pn,Gs,Tr,Ci,WUE,Wc and Wcr of Camellia oleifera Abel seedlings.Except the index of WUE,the treatment of W2,W3and W4’s other indexes were significantly lower than those of W1,whose WUE was significantly lower than those of W2,W3and W4.And there were significant difference between the four treatments of Wcr,who gradually decreased along with the constant aggravation of the drought stress.Under four soil water contents,Pn was very significantly correlated with Gs,and Wc was very significantly correlated with Wcr,and Pn,Gs,Wc and Wcr were all ery significantly or significantly correlated with Tr.
