摘　　要：在供给侧结构性改革的要求下,在资源、环境、效益的三重约束下,传统家具制造业急待加强绿色供应链构建与创新,注重绿色供应链合作伙伴选择。本研究以家具制造企业为核心,从上游合作伙伴、下游合作伙伴和逆向物流合作伙伴着手,构建家具制造业绿色供应链。并选取其上游合作伙伴选择为突破口,综合考虑企业能力、绿色环境两大方面分三层确定绿色供应链合作伙伴的评价指标体系,再利用熵值修正G1法对评价指标进行组合权重赋值,借助TOPSIS法从众多备选合作伙伴中选择出合适的绿色供应链合作伙伴,以促进家具进产业链绿色化改造,实现传统产业转型升级。With the guidance of supply-side structural reform,and in view of the triple constraints of resources,environment and efficiency,the furniture as a typical traditional manufacturing industry is eager to strengthen the construction and innovation of GSC,and pay attention to its partner selection.In this paper,whether the GSC succeeds or fails has significant relationship with the metrics and methods of supply chain partners selection.It takes the manufacturing partner selection of the upstream partners as the breakthrough point,and comprehensively considers the enterprise capability index and the enterprise green environmental index to build the green supply chain partners evaluation index system in the three layers.By using the entropy weight modification G1to make reasonable combination weight for the evaluation index with subjective expert opinions and the objective data fluctuation,with the help of TOPSIS to choose the proper green supply chain partner among a number of alternative enterprises.So as to promote the green transformation of the furniture industrial supply chain,achieve the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,provide new ideas to furniture manufacturing GSC.
