天然表面活性剂茶皂素研究概况

摘　　要：从化学结构、理化性质、生物活性、提取和纯化、主要应用等方面对茶皂素的研究概况进行了综述,指出了茶皂素未来研究的重点:一是在优化现有提取和纯化技术的基础上,开发新的高效提取技术,早日实现高品质茶皂素的规模化生产;二是更深入研究茶皂素结构、药理活性及其构效关系,进一步拓宽其应用领域。Research situation of the tea saponin on its chemical structure,physicochemical properties,biological activity,extraction and purification,main application was summarized.Research emphasis of the tea saponin in future was pointed out.Existing extraction and purification technology should be improved,new type of efficient extraction technology should be developed in orde to realize large scale production of high quality tea saponin.The structure,pharmacological activity and structure-activity relationship of the tea saponin shoud be further studied,and application field of the tea saponin was expected to be further expanded.
