摘　　要：目的观察心脑宁胶囊治疗心脏X综合征合并焦虑状态患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月～2018年2月收治的心脏X综合征合并焦虑状态患者48例,随机分为心脑宁胶囊治疗组25例及对照组23例,观察治疗3个月后两组患者的临床症状、焦虑评分及生活质量评分改变,并进行组间对比。结果治疗组患者临床症状、焦虑评分及生活质量评分均较对照组改善,且与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组再住院率相较于观察组为低。结论心脑宁胶囊治疗心脏X综合征合并焦虑状态患者,能够改善临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xinnaoning capsule on cardiac X syndrome patients with anxiety state.Methods 48 cardiac X syndrome patients enrolled in our hospital from 2016-1 to 2018-2 with anxiety state were randomly divided into two groups:Xinnaoning capsule group(n=25)and control group(n=23).Xinnaoning group was administered with Xinnaoning 2 capsules per time and 3 times per day.Chest pain and other symptoms were observed.Anxiety state were assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale befrore and 3 month after treatment in all patients.At the same time universal scale-medical outcome study short form scale(SF-36)were scored.Results The clinical symptoms,anxiety state and the quality of life were improved in the treatment group compared with control group,which has statistical difference(P<0.01).The rate of rehospitalization in Xinnaoning group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusions Xinnaoning capsule on cardiac X syndrome patients with anxiety state can improve clinical symptom and the level of life quality.
