摘 要:为实现对高峰均比信号的线性放大,设计了一种UHF频段双路双频段功率放大器。采用功率回退技术,将功率管输出功率回退8.5dB,并结合动态偏置与温度补偿技术,改善功率放大器的线性特性。经负载牵引设计及联合仿真对功率放大器电路进行优化设计,双路双频段功率放大器具有平均约44.5dB的线性增益,39.5dBm的输出1dB压缩点以及小于-37dBc的链路ACPR指标。测试结果表明,该电路整体结构紧凑,具有较优良的线性特性。A dual-channel dual-band power amplifier of UHF band which based on the power back-off technology is introduced to realize linear amplify for high PAPR signals.The linearity characteristic of the power amplifier is improved by using the power LDMOS with 8.5 dB output power back-off and combining dynamic biasing technology and temperature compensation technology.The designed dual-channel dual-band power amplifier has an average linear gain of 44.5 dB,and an output 1dB compression point of 39.5 dBm,and as well as a chain ACPR less than-37 dBc,through optimum designs by load-pull design and co-simulation to the power amplifier circuit.The designed circuit has compact structure and excellent linearity.
