摘　　要：十八大以来,党和国家在关于深化行政管理体制改革、加强社会治安防控体系建设等战略部署中都对技防工作提出了新的要求,新型安全防范技术的快速发展也为技防工作的改革发展提供了重要契机。当前,我国技防工作在理念认识、管理模式、运行机制等方面还存在一些问题,应进一步通过健全法律法规、完善管理体制、推动工作转型、优化监管服务等改革措施,不断完善新型技防工作体系、管理体制和运行机制,从而推动技防工作实现新的提升和跨越发展。Since the18th National Congress of the CPC,the strategic deployment of the Party and the state on deepening the reform of administrative system and strengthening the construction of social security protection and control system has put forward new requirements for technical protection.The rapid development of new security protection technology has provided a new opportunity for the reform and development of technical protection work.At present there are still some problems in such aspects as concept understanding,management mode and operation mechanism in China.Therefore we should focus on perfecting laws and regulations,promoting management system,improving work transformation and optimizing supervision and service.We should set up and improve the new system of technical protection,management system and operation mechanism to push technical protection work forward and achieve new upgrading and stripe development.
