某轻型客车热适应性问题分析

摘　　要：文章利用三维分析软件,对某轻型客车发动机舱冷流场进行仿真模拟分析,获取流场状态,提出整改意见及措施,并制定优化方案,提升整车热平衡性能。经过实际环境模拟测试,结果表明性能提升较显著,达到预期效果。In this paper,the cold flow field of engine cabin of a light passenger car is simulated and analyzed by using three-dimensional analysis software,and the flow field state is obtained,and some suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the heat balance performance of the whole vehicle.The simulation results show that the performance is improved significantly and the expected effect is achieved.
