摘　　要：针对某机型发动机出现的环形塑料风扇破碎故障,从风扇与发动机的设计匹配、塑料风扇结构、材料等方面进行了失效原因分析,并提出改进措施。采用改进措施后的风扇未再发生同样故障,说明了故障原因分析正确,改进措施有效。This paper focuses on the broken failure of the plastic fan,from the design of from the design of the fan with the engine matching,the plastic fan structure,materials and other aspects to analyze the failure reasons,and puts forward improving measures.With the improved measures,the plastic fan does not happen the same failure modes again,illustrates the cause of the problem analysis are correct,andthe improvement measures are effect.
