摘　　要：某柴油机在低周疲劳试验中发生缸盖开裂,本文基于有限元的方法,模拟发动机台架试验的过程,对缸盖低周疲劳进行分析研究,结果表明,缸盖在预热塞孔位置存在寿命低于4000的区域,与试验结果吻合。The cylinder head of some diesel engine was broken in the low cycle fatigue test.In this paper,the analysis of cylinder head low cycle fatigue had been performed follows the procedure of the test based on finite element method.The result showed that the life of the position of heater plug was below4000.it was same with the test.
