2型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者C反应蛋白水平(CRP)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关性。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月我院收治的T2DM患者30例作为观察组,同时选取同期我院诊断为糖耐量异常的30例患者作为对照组,比较两组年龄、性别、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等临床指标的差异。采用Pearson相关性分析法分析CRP、TG指标与IR的相关性。结果两组的年龄、性别、TC比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组IR、CRP、FINS、FBG、TG高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组IR与CRP成高度正相关(r=0.626,P<0.01),与TG成正相关(r=0.326,P<0.05);对照组CRP、TG与IR成正相关(r=0.414、0.269,P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者的CRP、TG与IR有显著相关性,其中CRP成高度正相关,CRP异常升高提示可能存在糖尿病发病风险。Objective To study and investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein(CRP)and insulin resistance((IR)in type 2 diabetic patients(T2DM).Methods Thirty patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled as the observation group.At the same time,another 30 patients with abnormal glucose tolerance were selected as the control group.The age,gender,and fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and other clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between CRP and homeostasis model assessment of IR,and between TG and IR.Results There were no significant differences in age,gender and TC between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of IR,CRP,FINS,FBG and TG were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CRP was highly positively correlated with IR(r=0.626,P<0.01),and TG was also positively correlated with IR in the observation group(r=0.326,P<0.05).In the control group,CRP and TG were both positively correlated with IR(r=0.414 and 0.269,P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant correlations between CRP and IR,and between TG and IR in T2DM patients.CRP is highly positively correlated with IR.The abnormal increase of CRP suggests a risk of diabetes mellitus.
