Objective To study the clinical application effect of minimally invasive micro-needle knife in the treatment of adult acquired finger stenosis tenosynovitis in outpatient clinic. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,72 patients with adult-acquired finger stenosis tenosynovitis treated in our hospital were enrolled. They were divided into control groups and experimental group by odd/even number,36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with traditional open surgery, while in the experimental group, they were performed with minimally invasive micro-needle knife. The functional grading(Quinnell grading)of fingers before and after treatment, surgical index, pain score, and complications in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the Quinnell grading of the two groups were higher than those of before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the Quinnell grading of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the experimental group was 5.56%,which was lower than that of the control group accounting for 22.22%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For adult patients with acquired finger stenosis tenosynovitis,micro-needle knife as a minimally invasive treatment can effectively improve patients′condition and reduce their suffering, which is worthy of promotion and application.
