摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月江西省抚州市第一人民医院收治的110例呼吸内科患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。观察组采用风险管理,对照组采用常规管理,比较两组护理质量评分、风险事件发生率及护患纠纷发生率。结果观察组的基础护理水平、护理制度落实情况、技能操作情况、护理文件书写规范、护患沟通能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的风险事件总发生率和护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在呼吸内科护理中具有较高的应用价值,能够显著提升护理质量,降低护患纠纷的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of risk management in respiratory medicine nursing.Methods A total of 110 patients with respiratory diseases admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province,from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of computer random distribution,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was given risk management,while the control group was given routine management,the nursing quality score,the incidence of risk events and nurse-patient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic nursing level,implementation of nursing system,skill operation,writing standard of nursing documents and communication ability between nurses and patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events and nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management has a high application value in respiratory medicine nursing,can significantly improve the quality of nursing,reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes,worthy of clinical application.
