摘  要:探讨PIVAS与住院药房一体化信息系统的构建与应用。在HIS系统的住院药房系统下开发PIVAS系统。PIVAS系统仅作为住院药房系统的二级系统,不具备药品管理功能,仅管控PIVAS内部流程。为此,一体化信息系统的构建实现了PIVAS与住院药房间的数据共享,降低了药品管理成本,保障了工作流程的顺畅,提升了药学服务质量和药房管理水平。本文表明,一体化信息系统的构建与应用可有效地整合住院药房与PIVAS的各项工作流程,有利于一体化药学服务模式的建立和运行,具有推广的意义。This article explored the construction and application of the integrated information system of PIVAS and inpatient pharmacy.The PIVAS system was developed under the inpatient pharmacy system of HIS system.PIVAS system was only the secondary level system of the hospital pharmacy system,and did not have the function of drug administration.It only controlled the internal flow of PIVAS.The construction of integrated information system realized data sharing between PIVAS and inpatient pharmacy,reduced the cost of drug management,ensured the smooth working process,improved the quality of pharmaceutical care and improved the management level of pharmacy.The construction and application of the integrated information system can effectively integrate all the work processes of the pharmacy,and is conducive to the establishment and operation of the integrated pharmaceutical care mode,which is of further significance.
