摘 要:针对水平井间进行多元热流体多轮次吞吐时出现的井间气窜影响多轮次吞吐开发效果的问题,文中提出使用井间窜流系数定量表征气窜程度的大小。对气窜影响因素进行敏感性分析,认为渗透率、油层厚度、井间高渗条带对窜流系数影响较大。利用数值模拟及回归分析方法,建立了主要影响因素相关的窜流系数预测回归模型;用注入强度和注采压差进行校正,定量预测了井间气窜程度,窜流系数越大,越容易发生气窜。将窜流程度级别分为弱、中、强、严重,预测气窜程度结果与实际注热吞吐后的气窜情况相同,为后续抑制井间气窜、提高开采效果提供参考。In order to solve the problem of gas channeling between wells when multiplex thermal fluid is taken up in multiple cycles in horizontal wells,which affects the development effect of multiple cycles of gas flow.In this paper,the gas channeling degree is quantitatively characterized by inter-well channeling coefficient.The sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors of gas channeling showed that the permeability,the thickness of oil layer and the zone of high permeability between wells have great influence on the coefficient of gas channeling.Using numerical simulation and regression analysis method,established the main influence factors related to the interporosity flow coefficient of predicted regression model,using injection intensity and injection-production pressure difference correction,quantitatively predicted the well-to-well gas channeling.The degree of channeling is divided into weak,medium,strong and severe,and the predicted result is in good agreement with the actual gas channeling condition,which provides a reference for the subsequent suppression of gas channeling between wells and the improvement of mining effect.
