摘  要:针对普光气田硫化氢环境下压井液难以长效保证持续性安全修井、储层保护的实际,以绒囊为基液,分别添加8种不同除硫剂通过碘量法测定除硫效果及红外分析仪判断体系稳定性优选配伍的除硫剂,得到除硫高效、气泡粒径较绒囊更小的微囊压井液。该压井液在130℃、2.6 MPa H2S分压、48h老化过程中及在130℃热滚16h后,流变性参数变化小,表明抗硫化氢及抗温能力强。用岩心驱替仪在130℃、60MPa围压、0.8MPa回压下压井液封堵人造1mm宽裂缝岩心,封堵压力达30MPa。在储层岩心试验中破胶前后渗透率恢复值为91.38%,表明封堵性能良好且储层恢复程度较高。在压力系数为0.88、H_2S含量为18%、4次清水压井共漏失215m^3的普光DW-3井应用,挤注98m^3压井液至油压为0,持续180d控制井底气体无上窜。结果表明,研制的耐硫化氢微囊压井液解决了普光高含硫低压气井安全修井及储层保护难题,为低压高含硫碳酸盐岩气田压井提供一种可选择的技术。The killing fluid in Puguang gas field is difficult to ensure continuous safe workover and reservoir protection under hydrogen sulfide environment.With fuzzy-ball as base fluid,eight different desulfurizers were added to determine the desulfurization effect by Iodimetry and the stability of the system was determined by infrared analyzer,an effective desulphurizing reagent and smaller bubble diameters than conventional fuzzy ball fluid were developed.The well-killing fluids in 130℃,2.6 MPa H 2 S partial pressure,48 h retrogradation process and after 16 h at 130℃hot rolling,rheology parameter changes little.Well-killing fluids sealing man-made core with 1 mm fracture by core displacement instrument under the 130℃,60 MPa confining pressure and 0.8 MPa back pressure,which makes sealing pressure reach 30 MPa.It shows that hydrogen sulfide and temperature resistance are strong.The permeability recovery of micro fuzzy ball well-killing fluids was 91.38%and post gel-breaking in the experiment of reservoir core.The results showed that the plugging performance is good and the reservoir recovery level is high.After injecting micro fuzzy ball well-killing fluids of 98m 3,the oil pressure dropped to 0,meanwhile,we controlled no bottom-hole gas rise for 180 d,when micro fuzzy ball well-killing fluids applied to Puguang well Dw-3 with the pressure coefficient of 0.88,the content of H 2 S 18%and the total leakage of 215 m 3 by the method of clear water killing well.The results show that the developed Micro fuzzy fall well-killing fluid,able to resist hydrogen sulfide,Solves the problem of workover and reservoir protection at Puguang gas well with high sulfur content and low pressure,and provides a choice of technology for the low-pressure coefficient,high pressure and high sulfur carbonate gas field when we kill the well.
