云南省财政收入结构优化研究

摘　　要：财政是政府调控社会经济的重要手段,对云南这样经济欠发达的省份来说,财政收入更是重中之重,直接关系到政府对市场的掌控能力,也决定着一方百姓的福利分配。因此,通过对2010—2016云南省的相关数据分析,得出云南省的财政收入占GDP的比重低、税收收入占财政收入的比重低、主体税种占税收收入的比重低、产业结构不合理的结论,并据此对云南省财政收入结构的优化问题提出对策建议。Finance is an important means of government regulation and control of social economy. For an underdeveloped province like Yunnan,fiscal revenue is the most important one,which is directly related to the governmentundefineds ability to control the market,and also determines the welfare distribution of one side of the people. Therefore,by analyzing the relevant data of Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2016,it is concluded that the proportion of fiscal revenue to GDP is low,the proportion of tax revenue to fiscal revenue is low,the proportion of main tax types to tax revenue is low,and the industrial structure is unreasonable. On the basis of this,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of financial revenue structure in Yunnan Province.
