小儿腹腔镜下胆总管囊肿切除、胆道重建术的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿腹腔镜下胆总管囊肿切除、胆道重建术的护理研究。方法选取2016年9月-2018年9月我院收治的小儿腹腔镜下胆总管囊肿切除、胆道重建术患者84例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用围术期护理。结果研究组护理效果好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿腹腔镜下胆总管囊肿切除、胆道重建术的治疗过程当中,围术期护理的护理效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective to explore the nursing research of laparoscopic choledochal cyst resection and biliary reconstruction in children.Methods From September 2016 to September 2018,84 children with choledochal cyst underwent laparoscopic choledochal cystectomy and biliary reconstruction were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care and the study group was given perioperative nursing care.Results The nursing effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing effect of choledochal cyst excision and biliary reconstruction under laparoscopy in children is ideal,and it should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
