阿维A联合α-2b干扰素凝胶治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿维A联合α-2b干扰素凝胶治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的有效性。方法选取我院2016年5月-2017年7月收治的肛周尖锐湿疣患者96例,采用随机分配的方法平均分为两组,每组各48例,对照组患者口服阿维A胶囊,研究组患者在对照组的基础上再给予α-2b干扰素凝胶涂抹患处治疗,比较两组患者治愈率以及复发率。结果研究组患者治愈率优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用阿维A联合α-2b干扰素凝胶对肛周尖锐湿疣患者进行治疗,可以有效提高其治疗效果,很大程度上能显著降低肛周尖锐湿疣患者复发率。Objective to investigate the effect of avera combined with prun-2b interferon gel in the treatment of peritoneal condyloma acuminata.Methods from May 2016-July 2017 ano-genital warts treated 96 cases of patients,average divided into two groups,adopt the method of randomly assigned to each group of 48 cases,control group patients oral avi capsule,A team of patients in the control group on the basis of interferon alpha 2 b gel to daub hifu treatment,compared two groups of patients with the cure rate and recurrence rate.Results the cure rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of patients with acute condyloma acuminata can be improved by using avera and interferon 2b gel,which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of patients with acute condyloma acuminata.
