小剂量2%利多卡因骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉法在混合痔RPH手术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量2%利多卡因骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉法在混合痔RPH手术中的临床应用。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月我院收治的混合痔患者共80例,所有患者均实施RPH手术治疗,随机分为两组,对照组使用阴部神经阻滞麻醉法,研究组使用小剂量骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉法。结果研究组不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组麻醉效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用小剂量骶管麻醉法联合两点扇形麻醉法对患者的痔疮进行切除手术的麻醉,能够极大的提升麻醉的效果,对不良反应有着很大的降低作用。联合麻醉方法在临床上具有很高的使用价值,值得大力推广。Objective to explore the clinical application of low-dose lidocaine sacral canal anesthesia combined with two-point fan-shaped anesthesia in the operation of mixed hemorrhoids RPH.Methods a total of 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.All the patients were treated with RPH surgery and randomly divided into two groups.Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the anesthetic effect in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion small dose of sacral canal anesthesia combined with two fan-shaped anesthesia can greatly improve the effect of anesthesia and reduce the adverse reactions.The combined anesthesia method has high value in clinical use and is worth popularizing.
