小剂量2%利多卡因骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉法在切开引流术治疗肛周脓肿中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量2%利多卡因骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉法在切开引流术治疗肛周脓肿中的应用。方法选自2017年2月-2018年2月本院收治的肛周脓肿患者70例,均采用切开引流术进行治疗,随机分为两组,对照组实施骶管麻醉,研究组实施骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉。结果研究组的麻醉效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用小剂量的骶管麻醉联合两点扇形麻醉,能够更好的发挥常规骶管麻醉的效果,手术后患者可以马上站立与行走,并且术后的不良反应较少,是一种见效快、安全性高、操作简便的麻醉方法,适合在肛门疾病中推广使用。Objective to explore the application of low-dose lidocaine sacral canal anesthesia combined with two-point fan-shaped anesthesia in the treatment of perianal abscess by incision and drainage.Methods seventy patients with perianal abscess treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected for treatment by incision and drainage,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with sacral canal anesthesia,and the study group was treated with sacral canal anesthesia combined with two fan-shaped anesthesia.Results the anesthetic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the use of small doses of sacral canal anesthesia combined with two-point fan-shaped anesthesia can better exert the effect of conventional sacral canal anesthesia.The patients can stand and walk immediately after surgery,and the postoperative adverse reactions are less,which is a quick effect,high safety and simple operation of anesthesia,which is suitable for popularizing in anal diseases.
