经直肠超声在肛周脓肿中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨经直肠超声在肛周脓肿中的应用。方法选取我院在2016年1月-2017年12月收治的肛周脓肿患者60例作为研究对象,按诊断方式的不同随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组患者采取浅表高频超声进行诊断,研究组患者采取经直肠超声进行诊断,对比分析两组的诊断结果。结果研究组诊断正确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)结论经直肠超声在肛周脓肿中应用,能够提高诊断的正确率,为患者的后续治疗提供更多的诊断依据,具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective Objective to explore the application of transrectal ultrasound in perianal abscess.Methods Sixty patients with perianal abscess who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the different diagnostic methods,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were diagnosed by superficial high-frequency ultrasound.Patients in the study group were diagnosed by transrectal ultrasound.The diagnosis results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of transrectal ultrasound in perianal abscess can improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide more diagnostic basis for the follow-up treatment of patients with high clinical value.
