摘 要:目的针对危重患者床旁留置鼻空肠营养管的临床效果进行研究和分析。方法选取于2015年6月~2017年6月来我院就诊的92例危重患者作为研究对象,其中32例危重患者采取鼻胃营养的方法,作为鼻胃管组,其余60例危重患者采取鼻空肠管营养的方法,作为鼻空肠管组,对比两组患者的置管成功率、置管时间、APACHEⅡ评分和治疗前后营养指标情况。结果鼻空肠管组患者和鼻胃管组患者的置管成功率无明显差距,鼻空肠管组患者的置管时间明显大于鼻胃管组患者(P<0.05);鼻空肠管组患者的APACHEⅡ评分的下降幅度明显大于鼻胃管组患者(P<0.05)。结论在危重患者的床旁留置鼻空肠营养管使患者的营养状况得到明显的改善,减少并发症的发生,利于患者病情恢复,值得推广。critically ill patients who came to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects.32 critically ill patients were treated with nasogastric nutrition as nasogastric tube group.The other 60 critically ill patients were treated with nasogastric tube nutrition as nasogastric tube group.Time,APACHE II score and nutritional indicators before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the success rate between the nasojejunal tube group and the nasogastric tube group.The time of intubation in the nasojejunal tube group was significantly longer than that in the nasogastric tube group(P<0.05),and the decrease of APACHE II score in the nasojejunal tube group was significantly greater than that in the nasogastric tube group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional status of critically ill patients with nasojejunal nutrition tube placed beside the bed has been significantly improved,reducing the incidence of complications,conducive to the recovery of the patient's condition,worthy of promotion.
