预见性护理在预防门诊换药室患者昏厥中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理在预防门诊换药室患者昏厥中的临床价值;方法选取我院2018年3月-2018年6月门诊换药室接诊的患者90例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者的护理满意度、晕厥发生率、心理状况;结果观察组患者护理满意度和心理状况显著优于对照组,患者晕厥发生率显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);结论预见性护理应用于门诊换药室可有效降低晕厥发生率,缓解患者的心理负担,提高护理满意度,值得推荐。Objective to explore the clinical value of predictive nursing in preventing fainting in outpatient dressing room.Methods a total of 90 cases of patients received in the outpatient dressing room of our hospital from march,2018 to June,2018 were selected as study objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Results the nursing satisfaction and psychological status of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of syncope was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion predictive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of syncope,relieve the psychological burden of patients,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and is worthy of recommendation.
