手术室护理应用不同体位摆放配合肛肠手术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理应用不同体位摆放配合肛肠手术的效果观察;方法选取我院2017年1月-218年1月收治的肛肠手术患者40例为研究对象,比较两组患者手术时间、术中生命体征变化,术后并发症、患者的舒适度和满意度;结果观察组手术时间显著少于对照组,术中生命体征较平稳,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,舒适度及满意度也显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);结论侧卧位应用于肛肠手术患者可充分暴露手术视野,减少患者隐私部位的暴露,患者心理容易接受,手术依从性高,值得推荐。Objective to investigate the effect of different position placement in operating room nursing combined with anorectal surgery.Methods select our hospital in January 2017-January 218,40 patients with anorectal surgery as the research object,compared two groups of patients with operation time,intraoperative vital signs change,postoperative complications,the patient's comfort and satisfaction;Results observation group operating time is significantly less than the control group,intraoperative vital signs are stable,the postoperative complication rate is lower than the control group,comfort and satisfaction was also significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion the application of lateral supine position in patients undergoing anorectal surgery can fully expose the surgical field of vision,reduce the exposure of patients'private parts,make them psychologically easy to accept,and make them highly compliant and worthy of recommendation.
