探究手术室护理管理与医院感染水平控制的相关性

摘　　要：目的通过分析我院手术病例,探究手术室护理管理与医院感染水平之间的关系。方法选取我院2017年1月-2017年12月手术室接受患者150例为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各75例,比较两组患者的院感发生率、护理人员的理论知识和实践技能水平、医师和患者的护理满意度;结果观察组患者院感发生率5.3%,显著低于对照组17.3%(P<0.05),观察组护理人员理论水平和实践技能评分显著高于对照组,观察组医师和患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);结论手术室强化护理管理可降低院感水平,减少不良事件发生,降低患者的医疗费用,同时可提高护理团队的综合素质,值得推荐。Objective to explore the relationship between operating room nursing management and hospital infection level by analyzing the operation cases in our hospital.Methods select our hospital in January 2017-December 2017,the operating room to accept patients with 150 cases as the research object,through the random number table method divided the patients into observation group and control group 75 cases,compared two groups of patients of the incidence,nurses'theoretical knowledge and practical skills,physicians and patients to nursing satisfaction;Results the observation group of patients 5.3%incidence of court sense,significantly lower than the control group 17.3%(P<0.05),the observation group nursing theoretical level and practical skills score is significantly higher than the control group,the observation group of physicians and patients satisfaction with nursing care is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);Conclusion intensive nursing management in the operating room can reduce the sense of hospital,reduce the incidence of adverse events,reduce the medical expenses of patients,and improve the comprehensive quality of the nursing team,which is worthy of recommendation.
