快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用价值;方法选取我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的椎间盘病变患者110例为研究对象,比较两组患者的生活质量、疼痛程度、脊髓功能、护理满意度;结果观察组患者生活质量、脊髓功能、护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);结论快速康复外科理念应用于脊柱外科微创手术可提高患者术后的舒适度,有利于脊柱功能恢复,值得推荐。Objective to explore the application value of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of minimally invasive spinal surgery;Methods 110 cases of intervertebral disc diseases treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study objects,and life quality,pain degree,spinal function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results life quality,spinal cord function and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and pain degree was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in minimally invasive spinal surgery can improve the postoperative comfort of patients and facilitate the recovery of spinal function.
