摘  要:低速大扭矩永磁电机的转子结构有较大的优化空间。分析了低速大扭矩电机的主要受力情况;对两种典型转子支撑结构进行了分析对比,得出了低速大扭矩电机最适合的转子结构,并对该转子结构进行优化分析,找出了转子结构刚度、强度与结构参数间的影响规律。总结归纳了低速大扭矩电机永磁转子结构的优化设计方法,为低速大扭矩电机的转子结构设计提供依据。The rotor structure of low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet motor has larger optimization space.The main stress of low-speed and high-torque motors was analyzed.The most suitable rotor structure of low-speed and high-torque motor was obtained through the comparison of two typical rotor support structures.Optimized analysis were carried out for this rotor structure,and the influence rules between stiffness,strength and rotor structural parameters were found out.The optimal design method of low-speed high-torque motor rotor was summarized,which provides a basis for the rotor structure design of low-speed high-torque motors.
