摘　　要：我国已进入生态文明建设新时代,建立和完善生态补偿机制是生态文明建设的重要制度保障。本文是在对我省"森林资源资产价值核算(试点)研究"的基础上,依据森林资源依托型旅游目的地—帽儿山国家森林公园旅游发展背景下的现实困境和利益诉求,构建了基于森林资源资产价值评估的旅游生态补偿机制方案和保障体系。对促进旅游生态文明建设与环境经济社会的和谐、稳定发展具有重要意义。China has entered a new era of the construction of tecological civilization.Establishing and improving the ecological compensation mechanism is an important institutional guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization.This paper constructs a scheme of tourism ecological compensation mechanism and guarantee system based on the value evaluation of forest resources assets,developed from the study on the value accounting of forest resources assets(pilot projects)in our province,according to the realistic predicament and interest demands of Maoershan National Forest Park,a tourism destination relying on forest resources.It is significant for promoting the construction of tourism ecological civilization and important for harmonious and stable development of environment,economy and society.
