摘 要:含氢量是影响铝合金熔体质量的主要因素,因此准确而快速地测定铝合金熔体中的含氢量对提高铸件质量具有重要意义。以惰性气体循环法为基本原理,应用热导传感器TCS208F取代传统测氢仪中的热导池,设计了一种测量精度高、测试成本低、耐用性好的铝合金熔体含氢量快速检测装置。该装置由循环系统控制单元和数据采集单元组成,在计算机控制下可完成自动测试。试验结果表明,基于TCS208F研制的快速检测装置与商用测氢仪具有相同级别的检测精度。Hydrogen content is the main factor affecting the quality of aluminum alloy melt,so it is very important to accurately and rapidly measure the hydrogen content in aluminum alloy melt to improve the quality of the casting.Based on the principle of inert gas circulating method,a fast detecting device with low cost,high precision and good durability for hydrogen content in aluminum alloy melt was designed by using thermal conductivity sensor TCS208F to replace the thermal conductivity cell in the traditional hydrogen measuring instrument.The device comprises a circulating system control unit and a data acquisition unit.Under the control of the computer,the automatic test was completed.The experimental results show that the detection device designed by the authors has the same measuring precision compared with the commercial hydrogen.
