摘 要:介绍了超声合成孔径聚焦技术(SAFT)的原理,利用该技术对航天钛合金电阻点焊试样进行缺陷检测和焊点熔核尺寸测量,并与射线检测及解剖金相结果进行了对比。结果表明,合成孔径聚焦超声检测技术适用于航天钛合金点焊产品的缺陷检测和熔核尺寸测量,可为点焊质量的综合评定提供可靠依据。The principle of synthetic aperture focusing technique(SAFT)was introduced,spot welded samples with defects were detected,and the nugget diameter were measured with SAFT.The images by this method were compared with that of the radiographic and metallographic inspection,respectively.The results show that SAFT is very suitable for the inspection of spot welding structure in aerospace products,and it can provide reliable basis for quality evaluation of spot welding.
