摘　　要：基于MSPO评估模型对上海市A医院2015—2016年文明建设工作进行了阶段性成果评价,从项目的设立(总体定位与建设理念)、推进(组织领导与核心管理推进策略)、实施(实施举措及实施过程)、结果 (阶段性成果) 4个方面阐述了评估的总体框架,并对本次评估的作用进行了阐述,以期对相关研究提供参考。Based on the MSPO(Mission-Structure,Strategy-Process-Outcome)evaluation model,the study aimed to evaluate Shanghai A Hospital’s achievements of the civilization construction project during2015-2016.The paper describes the overall framework from the four aspects:the establishment of the construction project(including strategic positioning and overall constructing concept),the promotion of the project(including organization&leadership),the implementation measures(including the measures and the process)and the outcomes(the phased achievement).And then,it elaborates the effect of the assessment on the civilization construction and hopes to make refe rence to the other related researches.
